Sanitizers and disinfectants for facilities that can't afford contamination or downtime.
D2 helps audit-sensitive operations choose, deploy, and document the right sanitation products for food processing, healthcare, education, and high-traffic facilities.
- Support for food-contact and non-food-contact surfaces across your facility.
- Product documentation, labels, and SDS ready for your next inspection.
- Guidance for procurement, safety, and operations teams working under real-world constraints.
Sanitation decisions show up in audits, uptime, and incident reports.
When chemistry, procedures, and documentation don't line up, risk shows up where you least want it.
You are accountable for keeping your facility clean, compliant, and running — often with limited time, changing staff, and evolving regulations. The sanitizers you specify, and how they're used, determine whether your next inspection is a non-event or a fire drill.
Compliance exposure
Missing labels, outdated SDS, or unclear use directions can turn a routine visit from regulators, auditors, or corporate into a scramble.
D2 products ship with documentation and support to make it easier to prove you're using the right chemistry the right way.
Operational drag
The wrong product or dilution rate slows cleaning, increases rework, and ties up crews after hours.
D2 programs focus on matching sanitizers to soils, surfaces, and application methods so cleaning fits your production schedule.
People risk
Frontline staff need products they can use correctly and consistently across shifts, even with turnover and language barriers.
Clear directions, training materials, and product selection cut down on misuse and make safety conversations concrete.
>5 log reduction (99.999%) on Listeria, Salmonella, and E. coli in 30 seconds. Documented for HACCP, SQF, and FSMA audits.
Hospital-grade hypochlorous acid chemistry, formulated for food and manufactured in our Bogart, Georgia warehouse.
SDS, COA, EPA registration docs, technical sheets, and training materials for every product — ready for your binder.

D2 combines targeted products, technical support, and documentation so your team isn't guessing at sanitation.
Your job is to keep people safe and operations moving — not to memorize sanitizer product lines. We work with procurement, safety, and operations teams to align D2 products with the surfaces, soils, and regulatory expectations in your environment.
From there, we back every recommendation with documentation and training support so staff know what to use, where, and how.

Kill claims that hold up
>5 log reduction (99.999%) on Listeria, Salmonella, and E. coli in 30 seconds. Alpet D2 Surface Sanitizer (EPA Reg. 73232-1) is FDA 21 CFR compliant for no-rinse food-contact use.

Chemistry we manufacture
ZeroPoint HOCL is made in our Bogart, Georgia warehouse — hospital-grade hypochlorous acid, formulated for food. Most sanitizer distributors just ship product; we also make it.
-
Audit-ready documentation
SDS, certificate of analysis, EPA registration docs, technical sheets, and training materials aligned with HACCP, SQF, FSMA, and FDA audit requirements.
From selection to day-to-day use, we follow the same playbook you do.
Choose the right products, use them correctly, and maintain the program over time — that's the work we support.
Choose
Start with your environment: food processing, food service, industrial, janitorial, or education. We map your key areas — food-contact zones, non-food-contact surfaces, high-touch points, and equipment — to appropriate D2 products and formats.
Use
For each product, we point you to the label, SDS, and use directions so staff know where it applies, how to dilute, and how long it should remain on the surface. Integrate this information into existing SOPs, food safety plans, and safety training.
Maintain
Once the program is in place, we help you keep documentation current, adjust products as conditions change, and restock without disrupting operations. As audits, inspections, and seasons shift, your sanitation program stays traceable and repeatable.

Talk with D2Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions from procurement, compliance, and safety teams.
What is the difference between a sanitizer and a disinfectant?
A sanitizer reduces the number of certain bacteria on surfaces to a level considered acceptable by public health codes, when used as directed.
A disinfectant is designed to kill or inactivate a broader range of microorganisms on hard, non-porous surfaces, subject to its label claims.
For any D2 product, see the product’s label and SDS for its specific classification and intended uses.
What pathogen kill claims do your sanitizers document?
D2 surface sanitizers achieve greater than 5 log reduction (99.999% kill) on Listeria monocytogenes, Salmonella enterica, and E. coli O157:H7 in 30 seconds, as validated through laboratory testing.
Specific log reduction data and contact times vary by product and target organism — full efficacy documentation is available per product, and summarized on the /compliance page.
Which D2 products are appropriate for food-contact surfaces?
Alpet D2 Surface Sanitizer (EPA Reg. No. 73232-1) is FDA 21 CFR compliant for use on food-contact surfaces with no water rinse required.
Other D2 products vary. Always confirm food-contact suitability, any required rinsing, and directions for use on the product’s label and SDS before including it in your food safety plan.
Are D2 products EPA-registered?
Yes — each D2 sanitizer has a unique EPA registration number listed on the product label and SDS. Alpet D2 Surface Sanitizer carries EPA Reg. No. 73232-1.
You can verify registration status directly in the EPA Pesticide Product and Label System (PPLS). We also provide EPA-approved label claims and use-site documentation for your audit files.
Do your products support HACCP, SQF, and FSMA audits?
Yes. D2 provides HACCP documentation packages including sanitizer validation protocols, monitoring log templates, corrective action procedures, and verification schedules.
For SQF, we supply supplier approval records, product specifications, validation data, and environmental monitoring protocols aligned with SQF Code requirements. FSMA preventive-control documentation is also available.
Where can I find SDS, labels, and technical documents?
D2 maintains SDS, certificate of analysis, EPA registration documents, technical data sheets, kill claim documentation, and training materials for every product.
